Testy Grilled Lamb Chops Recipe

After marinating in garlic and herbs, these grilled lamb chops are tender. A simple, classy dinner that always gets amazing reviews!  


– 2 1/2 pounds lamb chops bone in – 1/2 cup olive oil – 2 teaspoons brown sugar – 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard – 3 tablespoons soy sauce – 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest – 1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaves chopped – 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves chopped – 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh rosemary leaves chopped – 1 teaspoon salt – 1/2 teaspoon pepper – 1 tablespoon minced garlic – fresh herbs and lemon wedges for garnish optional



Lemon zest, soy sauce, parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and garlic should all be mixed together in a big bowl using a whisk.  


Put the lamb chops in the bowl and pour the sauce over them. Leave it to sit for at least an hour and up to 24 hours.  


Warm up a grill or grill pan outside or inside to medium-high. Put the chops on the grill and cook for four to five minutes on each side, or until a meat thermometer put into the thickest part of the meat reads 135 for medium.  


After 5 minutes, serve the meat. If you want, you can add lemon and flowers as a garnish.
