Pumpkin Spice Blend

Pumpkins bore. To shine, add warming spices. My fave pumpkin spice blend recipe saves fall shop visits. Super-fast and simple.  

– 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon ground ginger – 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg – 1 teaspoon ground allspice or clove


Mix together all of the spices in a small bowl or container. Mix everything together.  


Step 1

Pumpkin spice keeps for a year in an airtight container. However, fresh spices are stronger.  

Step 2

Ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. Mix and make your favourite pumpkin dish! Two tablespoons per dish. Recipe multiplies or triples easily.
