Easy S’mores Brownies Recipe

These easy s'mores brownies have a graham cracker base and melty chocolate chip and marshmallow topping. Use your favourite brownie mix. These easy brownies will please any s'mores fan!  

– 5 whole graham cracker – 1 box Ghirardelli brownie mix see note – ¼ cup water – ¼ cup to ½ cup vegetable oil refer to brownie mix instructions for exact amount needed – 1 large egg – ½ cup semisweet or dark chocolate chip – 1 ¼ cups mini marshmallow

INGREDIENTS 

Warm the oven up to 325°F. Cover an 8x8-inch pan with paper and spray it with cooking spray that doesn't stick.  

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Place graham crackers in pan in a single layer. One graham cracker must be broken along the perforated lines to fit snuggly in the pan. (Photo below)  

Step 2

Follow package instructions to mix brownie batter with water, oil, and egg. Evenly cover graham crackers with batter. Bake 35 minutes.   

Step 3

Top with chocolate chips and marshmallows soon after baking. Continue baking for 5 minutes to puff and brown marshmallows.  

Step 4

Let cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes before cutting. Serve warm or room temperature.
