Delicious Oreos Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Oreo crumbs and bits, melty semi-sweet chocolate chips, and vanilla pudding mix make big, thick, and soft Oreo Chocolate Chip Cookies the ultimate treat for cookies and cream fans!

– 2 ¼ cups all purpose flour, spooned and leveled – 1 teaspoon baking soda – 1 teaspoon salt – 1 cup ((2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened – ¾ cup packed brown sugar – ¼ cup granulated sugar – 3.4 ounces vanilla instant pudding mix – 2 large egg – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips, plus more for topping – 1 cup crushed Oreos, from about 10 Oreos, plus more for topping


Prep. Pre-heat the oven to 350. Prepare two baking sheets with parchment or silicone mats. Whisk dry ingredients. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.


Step 1

Cream sugar and butter. Mix the butter and sugars in an electric mixer on medium high speed for 3–4 minutes, scraping the bowl halfway through.

Step 2

Add wet ingredients and pudding. Add the instant pudding powder, eggs, and vanilla extract and beat for another 2-3 minutes, scraping the bowl.

Step 3

Add dry goods. Slowly add flour mixture, then increase speed to medium until mixed. Stir in mixes. Add chocolate chips and Oreos and beat slowly until evenly distributed.

Step 4

Scoop. Use a rounded jumbo cookie scoop to scoop 2 tablespoons of dough onto prepared pans, 2 inches apart.

Step 5

Bake. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set but center is still puffy and soft. Add Oreo bits and chocolate chips if desired. Let set on the pan for 5-10 minutes before cooling on a wire rack.
