Delicious Avocado Fries Recipe 

Breaded and lightly fried avocado slices are crispy golden brown in this avocado fry dish. The best avocado appetiser or side dish!  

– 2 large avocados avocados should be firm – 1/2 cup all purpose flour – 1 tablespoon chili powder – 2 teaspoons salt divided use – 2 eggs beaten – 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumb – 1/3 cup vegetable oil

INGREDIENTS 

Cut 1/2-inch avocado slices after peeling and seeding. Mix flour, chilli powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a small bowl.  

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

In another small bowl, beat 2 eggs. Place panko breadcrumbs on a dish or shallow basin.  

Step 2

After flouring, dip each avocado slice in eggs and panko crumbs. Continue with all avocado slices.  

Step 3

Heat oil in a big pan on medium-high. Put one layer of avocado slices on the pan.   

Step 4

Cook each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. The remaining avocado slices should be cooked again.  

Step 5

Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of salt over the avocado slices and serve immediately with dipping sauces.
