Easy Grilled Pork Chops Recipe

Had dry, overcooked pork chops? Not needed. My honey-soy grilled pork chop was delicate and flavorful. A simple marinade flavors and tenderizes pork chops.

1/4 cup honey 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flake Eight 1/2-inch bone-in pork chops (about 3 ounces each) Salt and freshly ground black pepper Add to Shopping List View  Shopping List Ingredient Substitutions

Make the marinade first. Mix honey, oil, vinegar, cumin, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Easy, right?

Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops and place in a resealable plastic bag with the marinade. Leave on counter for 1 hour. That's simple.

Heat a grill or pan on medium. Salt and pepper the pork chops after removing them from the bag. 4 minutes on grill until pork chop comes off.

Continue cooking for 3 minutes after flipping. Grill chops in batches to avoid steaming. Use a pan if neither are available. See, simple!
